*Please include our service fee and return delivery payment or a completed air bill. Incomplete payment, incomplete applications or documents and wrong application form will cause a delay in processing the above visa application.

** The service fees are non-refundable, once we receive your documents and start processing them. Due to the high volume of applications being submitted, the processing times may be delayed by the Passport Agency. While such situations are beyond our control, we will do everything possible to accommodate your trip and will call you immediately to let you know about the status of your application.

The passport card is a wallet-size travel document that can only be used to re-enter the United States at land border-crossings or ports-of-entry by sea from Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Bermuda. The card provides a smaller, more convenient, and less expensive alternative to the passport book for those who travel frequently to these destinations by land or sea.

The card has the same validity period as a passport book: 10 years for an adult, 5 years for children age 16 and younger.

The passport card cannot be used for international travel by air. 

Please note Int'l Visa Service is NOT a government agency. We are a private company that is authorized to process US Passport books and cards by the US Passport Agency. A service fee will be associated with each order in addition to the government and shipping fees.

Validity: 10 years for adults and 5 years for minors (under 16)

​How to Apply: There are two options to apply for a passport card. Please see below.

OPTION 1: Submit your paperwork for a new passport, passport renewal or lost/stolen/damaged passport. All you need to do is check mark Passport Card on the application and Order Form and we'll take care of the rest.Discounted rates will apply for passport cards when you add to your order.

OPTION 2:Apply for a US Passport Card only, if you already have a valid US passport:

• Original US Passport
  
• Two passport size photos 2"X 2"  (must be taken within last 2-3 months, cannot wear glasses)
  
• Application DS-82 (click here to download) ​Make sure to mark it for passport card only.
  
• Letter of Authorization (click here to download) once you sign it, we have to submit it to the passport agency within 5 business days​
  
• Round trip Itinerary showing international travel within 14 days (optional)
