*Please include embassy fees, our service fees and return delivery payment or a completed air bill. Incomplete payment, incomplete applications or documents and wrong application form will cause a delay in processing the above visa application.

** The service fees are non-refundable, once we receive your documents and start processing them. Due to the high volume of applications being submitted, the processing times may be delayed by the Passport Agency. While such situations are beyond our control, we will do everything possible to accommodate your trip and will call you immediately to let you know about the status of your application.

***Multiple entry visas are available to business travelers only. You must have at least one single entry visa in your passport already to qualify for a multiple entry visa. If you are applying for a visa to Indonesia for the first time, please choose a single entry option.

COVID-19 UPDATE:The Embassy of Indonesia is still not issuing visas. The only way to get to Indonesia currently is to get a visa upon arrival at certain points of entry. Please click on the travel restrictions link below for details.

STEP 1. Gather the following documents according to the purpose of your trip:

TOURIST REQUIREMENTS- CURRENTLY SUSPENDED

• Original signed passport- must be at least 6mo valid with 2-3 clear visa pages
  

• Two passport photos (2"x2")- must be taken within last 2-3 months
  

• One Application Form (click here to fill out application online)- make sure to print & sign the application after submitting online. You must select "State or Country where you live" as "Washington DC" under "Embassy of RI Washington". If the application is not filled out correctly, we will charge $25 application assistance fee.
  

• One IVS Order Form (click here to download)
  

• Copy of round trip itinerary
  

• Copy of the most recent bank statement
  

• Copy of Green Card for non-US citizens
  

BUSINESS REQUIREMENT- CURRENTLY SUSPENDED

• For Multiple entry visas: One letter of invitation from a company in Indonesia issued through Direktorat of Immigration in Indonesia
  
• For Single entry visas: letter of invitation from a company in Indonesia addressed to the Embassy in Washington DC
  
• For Single entry visas: copy of ID of the person signing the invitation
  
• Copy of round trip itinerary
  
• Copy of Green Card for non-US citizens
