*Please include embassy fees, our service fees payment or a completed air bill. Incomplete payment, incomplete applications or documents and wrong application form will cause a delay in processing the above visa application.

** The service fees are non-refundable, once we receive your documents and start processing them. Due to the high volume of applications being submitted, the processing times may be delayed by the Ministry Of Foreign Affairs of Brazil. While such situations are beyond our control, we will do everything possible to accommodate your trip and will call you immediately to let you know about the status of your application.

BRAZIL IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT EXTENDED VISA-FREE ENTRY FOR US CITIZENS UNTIL APRIL 10, 2025.

STEP 1. Gather the following documents according to the purpose of your trip:


TOURIST E-VISA REQUIREMENTS


BUSINESS E-VISA REQUIREMENTS

  • Copy of signed scanned US passport in jpeg format- must be valid for at least 6 months (click to download a sample here)

  • One passport photo in jpeg format- can be taken with a cell phone against a light smooth background (click to download a sample here)

  • One Application Form (click here to download)

  • One IVS Order Form (click here to download)

  • Copy of most recent bank statement (yes, this is required and is NOT optional)

  • One business letter from US Company. The letter should be on company stationery and signed by a manager/director/supervisor, stating the following information:
    --Nature of company’s/organization’s business or activities in Brazil.
    --Applicant’s title, job description and monthly salary.
    --Nature of business and activities to be conducted by applicant in Brazil.
    --Name(s) and address(es) of Brazilian company(ies) with which applicant will conduct business.
    --Contact(s) in Brazil: name(s), phone number(s) and corresponding position(s).
    --Expected travel dates.
    --Affirmation of company’s financial support of applicant while in Brazil.
    --Affirmation that applicant will not provide any technical assistance or perform any salaried work while in Brazil (such activities require a temporary work visa).

  • Copy of round trip itinerary

  • Invitation letter from a company in Brazil (optional)

  • Copy of Green Card for non-US citizens



STEP 2. E-mail copies of all documents listed in Step 1 to cs@ivsdc.com
